Therefore, the ceremonial life cycle of the Pa Co people shows the strictness, order and reverence including: Ceremony of joining new members of the family, after the birth of the umbilical cord; Thanksgiving to the god of Cradle for giving the child a month after the child was born; Ceremony to call for souls when sick, in distress during life; Ordination ceremony when the daughter goes to get married; Marriage ceremony for boys and girls; Joining ceremony when getting married; Ceremony to send souls to heaven and funerals when people die; Re-burial ceremony. In particular, the wedding ceremony is one of the most important rituals in the life cycle ceremony.

For Pa Pa people, when their sons and daughters reach the age of getting married, their husbands, fathers, mothers, cousins ​​begin to transfer traditional gifts such as sons, they need money, gold, silver and cows. , pigs ... girls, such as: Dèng, A loơq mats, rice, specialties of chickens, ducks, fish ... the amount depends on the conditions of each family.

Before the official wedding ceremony, the following ceremonies are performed

The wedding: This is a decisive ceremony for the young couple to get married, the two sides of the family get married, the boys bring gifts such as money, gold, silver, agate beads, .. The girl prepared an intimate tray to welcome the groom's family and a plate to accept the invitation. After entering the house, the groom's family debuted by preparing a tray that the groom's family had prepared, in which there were pork, buffalo, cow, goat and wine. The groom's family had to invite the girl's family to use the tray before talking.

Weddings at the girl's house: A week after the wedding at the bride's house, the bride's family holds a wedding at the bride's house. Attending the wedding at the bride's house, the groom's family prepared a decent and dowry to show respect for the bride's family and the pride of the bride's family, so they brought a big pig and accompanied by another dowry.
