Tossing dish

In Cham language, "tossing a hearth means beef sausage. Cham Muslims who do not eat pork should make sausages with beef. In the process of cleaning his body, the impurities that flowed from Mr. Adam's body turned into pigs and dogs. After being disinfected cleanly, Mr. Adam vowed: "Pigs and dogs are my enemies and our descendants later." From the legend, Cham Muslims not only do not eat pork but also eat dog meat. Even things involving pigs are taboo like raising pigs and transporting pigs.

Ga Pap dishes
